Stood in the lobby for 10 minutes while staff walked by and didnt acknowledge we were even there. We had to ask them about if they wanted to know what type of oil we wanted. After that they still didnt do what we asked for.
The staff at Chuck's is professional, personable, knowledgeable, and leave you with a feeling of confidence that you're in good hands!!!
