I had a roof and gutters put on my house about 10 years ago by Chuck’s Roofing. About a month ago I noticed some moisture in the ceiling. I called and spoke to the owner. He did not seem organized and was extremely rude. He said twice to me during the conversation that “you’re not listening to the conversation.” After the second time saying this he proceeded to hang up on me.
