The waitress sat us down at a dirty table, then it took over an hour to get our steak entres and they weren't that busy. People who arrived after us left before us. The waitress NEVER came around to ask about refills. Never even gave us utensils and we had to wait 90 minutes. Disappointing service! THE WORST PLACE TO EAT IN THUNDER BAY, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
I just visited chucks for diner the food was awesome and brooke omg she was constantly checking on us with a smile on her face and did some great recommendations . Not to lie she is cute aswell . Our bill got high because of her😂.
Visited this location yesterday. Had the best experience....started by being greeted and seated exactly where I wanted by Margaret (one of the managers no less!). Margaret then explained the drink specials to me and kindly waited for me to make my selection. When said beverage was delivered to my table I asked for a few minutes to enjoy and then I would place my dinner order. Margaret returned to my table at exactly the right time and took my order.
