(2025/08/25) Saw a review saying the foods here were more consistent than the Chuck in the downtown. Based on my experience so far (twice here and once there), I agree with that reviewer. The Porterhouse I had today was much better than the one I had last week in the downtown, with better texture and richer flavour.
