Horrible front staff….. called because our 10 year old wanted to spend her birthday.. yes we had a large group so we called a day in advance… we were told no reservations and it’s walk in… fair.. we approached the front desk with a group of 10 and were told it was a wait, of course this is no issue. We waited 25 minutes, we went back and were told another 25-30 minutes and they would call us… well good thing we found somewhere else to eat because we never received a call. Very disappointed…. My daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday and requested to have her birthday dinner at chuck’s roadhouse. I called to book a reservation because we had a big group and I was told that it was a first come first served basis. The day of the celebration we showed up and then was told that it was a 20mins wait and that they would call my cell number when the table was ready.. after 20 mins we showed up again and was told that it would another 20-30 mins.
