RecommendedJust ate the Susie-Q sandwich tonight and I have to say it is easily THE BEST BBQ I’ve ever had....and I’ve eaten a lot of bbq. This sandwich, the bun, and the sauce as well as the fresh cuts of sausage, brisket, and boudin were second to NONE! 👍🏻 Will be back with the family no doubt!
The bbq is amazing, the atmosphere is awesome, and the people are incredibly friendly! You absolutely can't beat it!

Took a hour and half drive from Lindale to come and enjoy the BBQ at chucks with my Wife and Daughter ! got there at 430p and by 5p it was a fully happy place ! worth the drive !
My wife and I stopped yesterday on a day trip to Carthage! We got a 4 meat plate - sliced beef, pulled pork, regular sausage, and jal-cheese sausage, and a rib plate. BBQ was great! Everyone was very friendly! Great service! Today, we had the beef rib and jal-cheese sausage that we got to-go! The beef rib is incredible! Great stop!

Great barbecue, friendly service, and huge portions. You definitely want to make the drive to eat here.
Make you feel at home and food melts in your mouth! Drove from Longview for the first time BUT definitely won’t be the last!
