Absolutely delicious! Best BBQ in East Texas! Love the Suzy Q.
The brisket and boudin are excellent. The sauce is very good. The service was also very friendly.
Walked in on Friday to only have the owner stop from unlocking the place to pull out some brisket for two sandwiches to go. Amazing. I don't know why he even gave me sauce. It's been a while since I have had that great of a flavor. Only after I stopped did guys from work tell me they wanted something. Their loss. I'm not local but look forward to coming back.

Saturday, June 19, The 2 year Anniversary of Chuck's Opening, BBQ, Crawfish AND fireworks! I had the ribs, jalapeno sausage and crawfish THE BEST I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME! Sorry Louisians but those Texas Ribs and Crawfish bet you!! Of course I'm Sure it was the Cook who served them up GOOD! I'm going back!
Fantastic food and service! If you are wanting the experience of a quaint little country BBQ joint then this is the place to be! BIG enough portions for leftovers and pricing is worth the drive.You'll leave full and happy. You won't be disappointed.
