Signed a contract with Chuck Lumbard for concrete work for $2950.00 on May 29, 2012. I paid $1800.00 down. It is now Aug. 16, 2012 and he still has not showen up. Two times he has promised to show up the next day and never did. For the last month he will not even return my phone call
