I had 2 cars with unlimited plans. I complained that bugs were not being washed off, they suggested to upgrade my plan to the most expensive one since they will use bug spray. I have to ask the attendant to use bug spray when I run through during the summer months, otherwise he wouldn't use it. Awful car wash. Tore off trim below rear window. Noticed immediately. Would not let me in car wash to find broken piece.$450 worth of damage. I am taking them to small claims court.
