I've been going to Chuck's for over 10 years. First contact was emergency repair to my RV, which died on me on Commercial Ave. Since then, I have looked to him to perform every major repair/maintenance on my Honda Pilot, Toyota Tacoma pickup and RV. He has provided all required and emergency services only when necessary (not as "recommended" by the dealerships) and has saved me a ton of money $$$$. I really trust this guy for honest, reliable service.
Had to have our transmission replaced 3 here years ago. They had our car for 4 months and made various excuses why it wasn't getting fixed. Gave us a 25% discount but now with only 15,000 miles on it, our transmission is once again in need of serious repair. of course the warranty was only good for 2 years so we are screwed. We used to take all of our cars here but have lost all faith in Chuck after this.
ui brought my Volkswagen New Beetle to you and you broke my dipstick and I then had a mysterious vacuum leak... I paid almost $400.00 I am pissed... I hope you plan on replacing it at your cost... I have 6 people who know you broke it...
