My 24 Traverse was giving alerts of over heating we were able to get it off the main road and to Chuck's. He and his team looked it over without hesitation and even though they could not fix the issue (computer/communication dealer on issues) he was super compassionate and sympathetic to our needs.
I was going to get new spark plugs and Chuck says let’s take a look. That look cost 60.00 and I didn’t even get spark plugs. I wasn’t going to argue but he actually took the money with a straight face. A bit desperate… Beware.
Bad business sells you repairs not needed beware
I have been going to Chucks for 30 years. Tavi is always fair and fast.He makes me feel like family. My Grandchildren think he is their Papa Luca.
I give 5 star to Chuck's Automotive for Excellent Service plus Miguel and Jesus the best mechanics in town. I Love this place easy fast and reliable anything you need.
