This was my first time needing my windshield replaced and I couldn't recommend Chuck's Auto Glass more. I called on a Monday and received a straightforward quote that was not only a reasonable price, but beat the price of other (especially "big box") companies... so I quickly booked an appointment. Chuck's was great! Full windshield replacement the next day... courteous, friendly and quick. WAY better price than the big name company with the jingle.
Today I had my windshield changed out by Chuck and Ryan. They were fantastic! Great service and explained everything about the process. They even showed me some things about my car that I wasn't aware of. They referred me to another company for a different issue that I have (headliner needs replaced) and even called that company for me! DO NOT CALL SAFELITE! I could NOT talk to an actual person.
