The service was ok. Not great. Our server was pleasant and helpful but not timely. We were one of 3 tables so there really was no need for us to wait 15 min. For shakes. The food was delicious but overpriced. Two burgers, one with onion rings, the other withfrench fries, a soda and two shakes...after tip, $54.00. So $25/head for burgers. No problem with this if it was normal AC creativity and efforts. This was disappointing. We won’t be back.

We love Chuck’s! The staff is always very pleasant and the burgers, shakes and appetizers are delicious! Make sure to try their fried pickles appetizer, it is the best! We have ordered this appetizer at other restaurants and it is not the same! Chuck’s definitely has great quality food!

Burger and onion rings were good. Service very good. Kind of pricey, though, considering the size, or lack thereof.

I also had a burger, which even though it did not come with fries, adding a side of fries to the bill did not bother me seeing as they give you a more than generous amount(enough for 2 people, even for big guys its enough). I would def recommend this to anyone who lives in or near downtown raleigh or surrounding town... read more

I had the Dirty South burger and the Onion Rings. Food was good, prices decent and the service was good. I would go back without hesitation.

We stopped in for a quick dinner before a concert, and were very pleased with the quick, friendly service and excellent food. We had burgers and fries, but another diner’s fried pickles caught my eye, so I’ll be back!
