Dr. Chuck is very personable, and easy to discuss my medical history with. Nothing is more important than easy communication with a doctor in my opinion. He is my new primary care doctor, in the same office as my previous who retired. He was highly recommended to me by many staff members of the office. Hope to have his care for a long time to come. Thank you.

I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from Dr. Chuck Vrasich and his office staff. They failed to order my medication properly and caused me a lot of inconvenience and stress. I had to make multiple phone calls and inquiries to find out that they did not send the correct documents for my prescription. The doctor was not replying to my messages so I had to talk to his admin staff. I got to talk to several of them but not one apologized.
