When most people think of property management companies, they don't always have the most pleasant things to say. Let's face it, traditional property management companies are a pain to deal with. We know this and that's exactly why we formed Chuck Town Living. We sought to create a property management company that's different from the rest. One that's responsive, friendly and adaptable while at the same time innovative and efficient. It's our goalto make the process, for both owners and renters, as turnkey as possible.

My daughter is a sophomore at CofC and she and her friend found an apartment owned by Chuck Taylor of Chucktown Living. She said that another friend used to rent through Chuck Taylor and said he was "a really good landlord" which has definitely proven to be. He is responsive and completely attentive to their safety and needs. It makes me feel more comfortable than I imagined about my daughter renting a college apartment so far away from home.
We've stayed at this property multiple times and love it! It's a charming, clean house with an awesome outdoor area - not to mention, it's located in the best part of town. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys walking around Charleston as it's easy to get to the Battery, great restaurants, and shopping. Chuck Town Living is extremely professional and really go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Can't wait to visit again!
We have only been with ChuckTown Living for one month but so far everything has been superb! Matt, the property manager is great -- he helps us whenever there is anything wrong with the apt. in terms of repairs or questions and his response rate is very fast and efficient. We love the location of the house and everything is up to par. We are happy thus far with this property team. Thank you.
The best in town, loved all the minute I pass in this place!
