I got a quote from the dealership on repairs that was extremely high. I went to Chuck and team based on the positive reviews. I cannot express how happy I am that I did. They have earned my business for life. They talked me through everything and what they suggested I needed vs what could wait - the pricing was extremely fair. The customer service is top notch. They do what is right for you, your car and your budget. 10/10 across the board.
If you own a Mercedes and need someone you trust but don’t want to deal with the Mercedes dealerships, Chuck is your guy. His team does such great work and I don’t go anywhere else. My husband is picky about mechanics and he kept bugging me “have you left that man a 5-star review yet?” Needless to say, he’s also really satisfied with the work we received.
I’ve been going to chuck for about 8 years now and his service is always top notch. Couldn’t recommend him more!!
