James our sales person was very helpful and helped us get into a car. He did everything he could and then some and we couldn't have been happier.
My visit to Chuck Stevens in the Bay Minette/Atmore area left me feeling misled. I called ahead about a particular vehicle and was told it was available, so I made the drive out to their rural location expecting to see it in person. When I got there, I was told the vehicle had just been sold or that they couldn’t locate it, and there was no clear explanation for why I was told otherwise on the phone. Had us drive almost an hour to look at the truck we saw online... was told no issues or damage to this $68k truck... damage on front plus back had damage where it had been wreck.... Mgr said he could have damage covered up and no one would know.... DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
