Terrible experience will never get a ride from here again!!!!!! Got one with more issues than the one I traded in!!!!!
We were heading down to Gulf Shores and our transmission was overheating so we swung by on our way through. They said to come back by on our way home, which we did, and they were able to solve the issue quickly while we waited for a good price. They really saved our trip home which would of otherwise taken multiple cool down stops. The friendly staff even gave us a list of places to visit during our stay. Thanks!
would have chosen 0 Stars if available... Bought a used vehicle with warranty. Within a year and 1/2 I have replaced the electric power steering pump ($2800), the TIPM (TOTALLY INTEGRATED POWER MODULE), And also a $200 fuse the warranty didn't cover. I would have spoke to my attorney about the lemon law, but the car was 1 yeat out of date... FUNNY PART IS when I called dealership for info I was HUNG UP ON. THIS HAPPENEDED AT CHUCK STEVENS DODGE AND FORD.
This is the worst mechanic shop I have ever been too I have owned multiple cars and trucks. I took my car to be serviced at this shop don't go they held my car for over a month and when I got it back it ran badder then what it was running the biggest scam dealership I have ever been to please take my honest advice and go to another Chevrolet dealership cause this one is a waste of your time and money 5000 dollars later my car is still not running right and my car isn't running no where near like it was.
