This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had in many years. I am an out of state buyer so my communication with Alex was my where I got my first impression of the dealership. He was understanding and extremely helpful working with me as a first time remote buyer. I had lots of questions and a concern or two. Bought a truck there last year and was told the only reason the check engine light was on was the after market exhaust and was told that’s what the slight shake was from, come to find out the oil pan leaked, gage system was broken, ball joints barley holding on, two cylinders completely dead with another one just going out, all hydraulics need to be replaced, and the power steering going out. And all Alan told me was it was the aftermarket exhaust after a inspection had been done on it when they got it.
The service person came out and showed me that my air filter was filthy. He asked if I wanted him to change it. I told him yes. I appreciated the fact that he actually came out and asked me and didn't just change it without my consent. The receptionist was very personable and helpful.
