We had an amazing experience at Chuck’s, all thanks to Amanda! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Our orders were perfect, service was quick, and she had such a positive attitude that made the visit even better. Amanda truly goes above and beyond—she’s a big reason we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend asking for her!
Service was terrible. A family dinner for 6 of us, there was only two other tables of people in the room. I’d hate to see what the service is like when the restaurant is actually busy. She kept disappearing. Didn’t come back to see if drinks or anything else was needed. Forgot items. Dropped off the drinks, disappeared. Dropped off the food, disappeared. I got up to look for her. Won’t be back
