I went to the garage when my car wouldn't warm up after 12 miles. The auto tech attached the computer and said there was nothing wrong with my car. I guess they thought this 76 year old lady had dementia and couldn't tell if she was cold or the quarter inch of ice on the windshield couldn't tell if the car had heat blowing on it. We were traveling through Newberry, got to Chuck Renze Ford close to closing time due to no heat in our vehicle. They immediately took us in, ran to the auto parts place, fixed our vehicle and off we went Thank you Frank for your quick diagnosis and repair, thank you Sharon for her top notch customer service and Peter for quickly running and getting our part with no minutes to spare. These three stayed over time to take care of us. We beyond appreciate the fantastic customer service!!!
They are literally the best! I broke down in Seney and got my jeep towed to here. I needed a new alternator and they weren't going to have it done before they closed but there were no rooms available to stay the night so they all stayed late to finish my jeep! I can't thank them enough.
The team did a great job from the phone call to see if they could fix my vehicle all the way through the process! They were able to get me back on the road the same day at a very reasonable price!
