Friendly, but LIARS!! Service department said they fixed my trunk latch a few months ago. They did not. Still broken. They have changed the oil on my car and forgot to reattach vacuum hose, so my car was sputtering and almost stalling all around town. I call...very concerned and they poopoo me and tell me to just bring it back. They said my customer service notice would be honored on a call made 1/10 (Friday) and I was told it would take ~1/2 hour to check and and an hour to replace and was certainly covered by Ford.
