We bought our Jeep on May 18 we also had a trade-in that we still owed on and the next payment was going to be taken out of our checking on the 25th of May. The sales person said the dealership would do the paperwork on time and no payment would come out of our checking so we closed the deal and took our Jeep home on the 18th of May. May 25th rolls around and the bank takes out 325.00 from our checking even tho dealership cashed our 47,500.00 check on the 22nd of May. The staff is excellent. They went out of their way to make buying a car a great experience. It's worth a drive to Chico.
Might just be the worst Toyota dealership in California. Customer service is awful, especially in parts department. I called both Chuck Patterson and Oroville’s Toyota dealership asking for the SAME PART, and Chuck Patterson was charging me $180 MORE ON THE EXACT SAME PART. Save yourself a hassle and money and go elsewhere.
We were kept informed all the time and getting us a transmission when ours went out at 60,000 miles in our toyota sienna.
WORST possible service EVER. For literally everything. The sales experience was awful. No communication with us or between the other workers. It was seriously IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone over the phone and still is. The position we were in this was the only dealership that was able to get my gf approved so didn't have much of a choice.
