In the middle of a pandemic they refused to allow a man to retrieve groceries to feed his children, after his spouse was laid off due to covid19 and her vehicle totaled. Do not do business with people who have no morals or humanity.
This place has a horrible reputation with locals. I took our Matrix there for a recall and they spent the next year harassing me, trying to get me to sell them our car. They called nearly every week. After that they kept calling to have me pick up other peoples cars after their repairs because apparently they suck at keeping track of phone numbers. I have heard so many bad things about this place. Notice they removed the star ratings.
so why, under these circumstances, were fees not waived right of way? it was not a normal tow. why was the gentleman not allowed to help his girlfriend retrieve her belongings nor did anyone help? you guys are a joke. my plans to purchase vehicles from you for myself and daughter have been swayed to purchase from a dealer with compassion and good moral values. not once, did you except any responibility

Purchased 4 Ram trucks from this dealership in the past not sure what’s happened I went to purchase a 5th Ram truck from them and they would not give me a good deal like they have in the past.
