RecommendedEverything they were very easy going
The service department is horrible!! My car was there for a 30 minute diagnostic test but 3 hours later it's still sitting. NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE!!
They don't care enough about their employees or customers to wear masks. none of us like wearing masks, but grownups wear them.
The personnel are friendly, communicative and efficient.
They will promise additional parts during the sale, then never deliver. It has been almost 4 weeks since I was supposed to get a spare key made, and have got radio silence.
I had to bring in my Rav.4 for service and the work was done!
