I've been coming here for my EV6 maintenance for few years now, and it's been lovely. Finally giving them a 5 star review after this week when my car just died out of no where. I feared the worst and thought it could be an ICCU issue, so I called them up put an appointment in the books. Despite the my appointment being a week out, they let me drop off my car, and even ended up taking a look at it well before my appointment. Thankfully it was just dead 12V battery. Cody is a great service advisor, being communicative, friendly and fair. I had to get my airbag module replaced, and I got a fair price and turnaround. When I came about an issue about my steering, he saved me the diagnosis fee by highlighting that the rim needed replacement. He was also understanding that I wished to get it done quicker somewhere else.
