6 April 2025 I recently completed my Springtime update at Dover GMC/Mazda for my 2017 GMC Terrain. I rely on my Terrain as a daily driver and for it to take me, sometimes without advance notice, to any of my 4 Doctors, 2 of which are at least a 100 mile round trip drive from my home. It goes without saying that my Terrain needs to be at its best everyday. That's why I am a steady customer at Dover's GMC and enjoy working with Mr. Cody Toland and his technicians, especially Shawn. Received excellent, no hassle, customer support during a scheduled diagnostic service appointment!
You all lied to me ya said ya would get my truck in the next day after I dropped it off.. Then when I called two days later I was told it would be two weeks till they could work on it. This is very unexepable ya all may want to look for new managers .. The ones ya got lies to customers.... I'll never be back..
