Great experience trading in and purchasing a new vehicle. Was treatd with respect and professionalism. Would be 5 stars except the detailing of the vehicle was sub par, didn't even look like the inside was done
The job was well done no complaints. But i had appointment. That means to me that time slot is mine. Other wise whats an appointment for. Because i did not wait on oil change, does not mean someone else who is sitting there waiting gets my time slot. That is what i call bullshit. It was my first time there for service work because my other garage i used jerked my chain. If you are going to charge a premium rate i expect premium service. Thats not what call letting someone else have my appointment time.
