I've know Mr. leathers for many years. I can tell you that I would never use anyone else in summit County. Highly competent, and fun to be around too. Kind of unusual for a realter. I recommend him to anyone who is thinking about a home or investment property. Kirk
I'm considering legal action against Chuck Leathers. I suffer from colitis, a rather debilitating illness that, amongst other things, requires that I stay close to a restroom for most of the day. On many occasions, Chuck would tell me to "go for a walk" while my place was being viewed by prospective buyers, although he knew I was unable to do so because of my illness.
