I brought my 2021 Highlander in for an oil change and specifically requested the correct oil for my vehicle. Later I found out the dealership used the wrong oil and never informed me about it. Service Center: Absolutely outrageous labor charges. My experience was really bad when compared to other locations. This location of toyota charged me $1600 to fix a sound coming from my Toyota Camry. Are you kidding me??? Not only was it outrageous price, the sound came back after 2 days. The person who was supposed to hand me opff the car was trying to get off his shift so he doesnt have to personally answer me why I was charged $1500 for labor? The way this service team jumped into action to assist me with my windshield wipers was the kindness I absolutely needed yesterday!
