I just purchased a 2006 Ocean Alexander 42 Altus from James "Jim" Johnson with Chuck Hovey Yachts. This is my 8th boat purchase over the 30+ years of boating. I have never been as impressed with the service, attitude, attention to detail, and follow through as I was with Jim Johnson. He really knows boat, the area, and everyone on all the docks and shipyard know him. Jim was easy to work with when it came to negotiating, and his word has always proven to be solid. I don't understand why they bothered to come to the boat show, their rude sales people wouldn't let anybody on the boats they supposedly want to sell. Also, very RUDE.
