Left info on their online form for them to contact us and what our needs were. That was at least 6-7 weeks weeks ago and no response from them. Guess they don't need or want any more business.
2 reasons for this review. 1. Went to file a complaint with Harkness about an unprofessional adjuster I was dealing with and met with an unprofessional agent at Harkness that wanted to defend this adjuster with all her might. I spoke with Kassi. 2. When the policies were signed up for with Harkness, there were 3 people that were all supposed to have the same exact policy. It was found out that this was not the case.
