Had them for YEARS had two accidents neither with me at fault but now they are dropping me because they said I have too many claims...my last claim it took them weeks to even respond. I had to pay the deductible out of pocket and since they can't "get a hold of" the other person's insurance company I'm stuck paying for it all out of pocket.
