The staff was nice, but that was about it. Hostess couldn't count and didn't give us enough cups, never refilled our drinks, and barely checked in on us, half the games were either out of order or didn't give you any tickets. It doesn't take much for my daughter who just turned 4 to have fun and she did, but service was awful and half the games didn't work. Will not be going back to this Chuck E Cheese ever again.
Waited 45 minutes for a pizza on a Monday afternoon when the place was dead. Someone was too busy playing around to bring it to my table. A lot of the games didn't work and didn't have signs on them that they were broken. Every time I visit this location there's some type of issue. However my kids love it and there isn't much else to do in this town.
I always loved Chuck E. Cheese as a kid and I still do even tho I’m fixing to turn 17 but it’s just not the same anymore.i think it’s time for them to actually start with electronic tickets because half of these machines were out of tickets.most of the games are hogged by some greedy person with the most jackpots such as that pirate coin pusher game and slam a winner and all that.i think it’s time for some new games like some more coin pushers and remove some of the old stuff like the skytubes or something to add more games ... read more
