I think they should have a security guard at all times. Because I had a birthday party last night and i bought a birthday plan where I got 250 tokens which I gave to my niece and nephew. One of my nephews is 6 and I had a 13 year old steal his tokens. And when I told the mother of the boy, she was being so disrespectful and wanting to fight me
This chuckecheese was the most nastiest place... trash everywhere and half of the games didn't work! Some of the games didn't even give tickets... very disappointed 😔
At least 50% of the games don't work and are not tagged so they take your tokens. Several machines didn't give tickets. The metal door to one of the games fell open on my 7 year old. One of the employees hit me in the back of the head with a basketball, didn't say one word and walked away. I went to the counter to speak with management but got tired of waiting in an endless line and just left. REDICULOUSLY BAD EXPERIENCE.
Had family day out with my sis and our kids yesterday. We decided to stop by to have a Lil fun with the kids but fun wasn't the word. The games took our tokens some games didnt give out tickets. Some games were so packed with coins u couldn't play. The amount of tickets the give out is a waist of time. You would have to go there everyday 365 days a yr to win enough tickets to to get something Thts probably not even worth the amount of tickets u paid for it with. 7.00 for a one time only salad 🥗 Is bizarre! I forgot salad dressing and couldn't even go back to the bar to get it. No one was at the door and people were leaving out without their number being checks and we stood at the door for almost 20 minutes waiting to get inside the tall girl that was prepping the food in the back came out several times yelling and cursing at other employees which was definitely irate and to top it all off I had Hair in my eggs which completely ruined the salad for someone who spent almost 100.
