Reserved my 3 yr old a birthday party! Put down a $50 deposit for us to come in and stand at a small booth because her table wasn't ready. I was told they let a walk in party use her table. Very disappointing. They did not have all her guests plates and cups out. The party host they kept pulling away from us to go clean tables because they were over capacity and kept letting people in. The pizza has changed since I was a kid. For the better. Clean restrooms.
Over priced for what is offered,games are clean,restaurant is clean,Staff seemed stressed.
My children had an amazing time the staff was very friendly it was extremely packed we've been at Chuck-E-Cheese two days in a row this weekend the machines were acting so crazy and not giving out the tickets and all kinds of stuff but the stuff was quick to come and resolve the issues I think the card thing instead of the coins is absolutely wonderful will always be loyal Chuck-E-Cheese members
