I’m writing to address my recent experience at this establishment. During my visit, I was spoken to in a manner that came across as rude, condescending, and aggressively blunt. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, regardless of the situation. I visit Chuck E Cheese with my 23 month old regularly and I’ve always been told that purchasing an adventure zone ticket for him 1 parent would be allowed in and on May 2nd that wasn’t the case.
