Very under staffed. We gave up on ever being able to cash in our points for a prize, and the worker at the door never even checked our numbers as we exited with our kids to see if they matched. One worker even raised her voice at a customer who was trying to ask a question.
We had a blast ! My kids loved it and can't wait to go back !
Perfect for kids...pizza was good, Salad Bar was awesome!
Had a wonderful time!! Would like to taker all my grandchildren there sometime.

Need to brag on two of the workers there, who went above and beyond when we were short a few tickets tonight, even when I offered to pay the difference when my two children each wanted a cotton candy. Good people � wish I would have gotten the young man and woman's name.
Our party host was absolutely great. He was very polite and anything we needed he did. It was a great experience. Other than the huge price we really enjoyed it. The kids had loads of fun!!
When I went with my grandsons KG class on 5/10/17 the kitchen staff decided not to show up for work. It was a 1hr wait for pizza. Only one working very hard to please everybody was Terry. He needs a promotion.
