our granddaughter loves the place, it has descent pizza!
Extremely understaffed! Half of the games didn't disburse tickets. 2 garbage cans overflowing. I will return however only to redeem my daughters ticket voucher, that we otherwise would have waited over an hour to do last Saturday. Maybe switch things up and just be a birthday reservation establishment only. You obviously cant handle mixed crowds.
