lifelong customer, Bought a 2-hour card on the new system and was never told it was not good for another day. Had to leave more than half of it behind. Huge waste of money we will never be back.

I had looked forward to taking my granddaughter here, but as it turned out I was very disappointed. There is very little for little kids , 2 y o, to do. A little slide & maybe 5 ride ons , 2 of which we’re out of order. And the TIME on these rides is VERY brief. So after 3 rides it was like, ok, so NOW what do we do ? The house music is horrible and played at a near deafening volume why?!?!
Was VERY clean, staff nice, food was good! We went right when they opened and found it was the best time to go! We will go back.
12 tables all full on Sunday with birthday parties. I brought my daughters to a family party and I will never do a party here, after my experience. All the tables do pizza and cake together, Chuck E. came out once for the birthday kids. My daughters were sad they couldn't dance with him or even say hi for that matter. Too many people, kids and not enough room to enjoy. Limit parties maybe?!
