Love going during the week, less people and better service!
Really disappointed that the employees were rude to a paying customer at a birthday party. I was also disappointed that they threw away all of our drinks, candy bags and things from our table just because they wanted to clean up early because there weren’t many people there and they were closing in an hour. I asked about our things and they said oh we probably threw them away. Like nothing. So rude.

We are first time visitors to this Chuck.E and usually go to the one on McRae...I am so very pleasanty surprised by our experience. I just want to thank this Chuck E.Cheese for going above and way beyond our expectations in making this day extra special for my daughters 4th Birthday. They catered to our every need from the beginning to the end. A special shout out to the Manager Alex, who was awesome and his amazing staff.Excellent Customer service! Thank You Chuck.E Cheese! We will be back ❤
