Much cleaner than when I was a kid. Unfortunately all the tickets have been removed from the games which used to be a lot of fun. It all goes back on your card now. And the band is now just a screen which is sad, but overall the service and environment was good. We didn’t try the food because we expected it to be terrible and expensive. It’s amazing a company has survived for so long as it used to be an awesome “showbiz pizza” !
These people are the very BEST !!! Always friendly and recognize my family BY NAME when we arrive as usual gold pass members !!! For thirty bucks a month I can feel like a ROCKSTAR DAD everyday with 250 play points to go around, & half price food and beverages for the fam !!! 10/10
Horrible! The employees - RUDE; Disrespectful; Glare at you nonstop, after you caught them clearing away your table & throwing your food into a trash can, FYI there was a Purse, 2 drinks/personal items on one of the benches!; make you feel VERY uncomfortable, so much so that your children NOTICE their attitude, muttering very unprofessional comments just loud enough for you and your children to hear them & be FRIGHTENED & WANT to leave!
