Went to Chuck E. Cheese with friends and their grandchild. The atmosphere is a lot different since when I went as a child. They rebranded the mouse and he looks a whole lot different. I'm not sure if they're short-staffed or what but you're hardly saw any team members. We were there just for the arcade. Played multiple rounds of skee ball. The kid had fun. There were plenty of games to choose from, but the nostalgia wasn't there for the adults at least. The plus is that it is indoors and has A/C.
Editing to add that I have filled out the link they have in their response and they still have not said anything to me or tried to fix ANYTHING. I will NEVER EVER recommend. Peter Piper Pizza is way better. Absolutely ridiculous and incredibly disappointing. We specifically planned our visit around Sensory Sunday because these events are supposed to provide an inclusive, welcoming environment for children and families who benefit from a quieter, more accommodating experience. We love ChuckECheese. Definitely always a win. We can play as many games as we can for an hour.
I am only giving this five star review to the two workers, Ashley and Alexis. I have come in three times this week and always only see Alexis at the front greeting ,taking Money , waiting on customers and doing all the things. This morning I brought my grandkids back again and once again she is the only one at the front having to hold down the whole fort and Ashley is in the back, cooking all by herself. Everything was great except the children were not stamped with the security sticker that was advertised. When asked about it we were told not to worry about it.
