I hate this place and the card idea, I gave my child a card and another child took it. I liked when I was able to give my kids 5 tokens and they came back for more.
The service was very good and the food was fresh and hot and my son enjoyed his day
Chuck E. Cheese is always going to be great, BUT this location needs to be bigger, a bigger parking lot, and more staff. To be a busy location, the parking lot does not hold enough cars and the spots are small (like they tried to smash them all together). The building needs an upgrade and not all the machines are working. You have to go to the counter for EVERYTHING...That can be horrible because it's always packed and there is not enough staff. Other than that, the staff is nice, the food fresh, and clean.

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. My grandson enjoyed himself on his 1st birthday
It was great the people was kind and very patience they didn't rush us out the sections and the price of my son party was perfect i really loved and my son had a best party ever he was so happy thank you chuck e cheese
La atención pésima, todos jovencitos sin ganas de trabajar y faltos de experiencia, hice mi pedido de dos pizzas, me trajeron la primera, la otra como a la media hora y equivocada por lo cual fui muy claro en mi pedido cuando pague, pero en fin, mis hijas se divirtieron. No volveré a ese lugar ka proxima vez, y muy caro
The kids all 3 of them had a blast but to crowded the pizza made me sick to my stomach same with my ex wife to much grese but hell the kids had a blast
