Nice place , my kids have fun there
Good place for children's birthday parties.
Clean and my kids had fun. Took awhile for staff to figure out gold pass discounts but we got through it
The customer service here was terrible. If I could give 0 stars, I would. When we arrived, the greeter was lying back in a chair and scrolling on her phone instead of greeting customers. Several people walked in, and she didn't even turn around to acknowledge them. Throughout our visit, staff kept reminding everyone about closing time every 10 minutes, which made us feel rushed and unwelcome.
