Had a great time, and the pizza was yummy! The staff was not rude by any means but wasn’t particularly friendly/welcoming. They seemed a bit standoffish. All in all the kids had a great time.
It’s a great place for kids, no doubt. But my only complaint is that the prices keep going up every year—it’s becoming hard to afford, especially with inflation. Just imagine bringing two or three kids here without even buying any food, and you’re still looking at nearly $100 for just an hour. The cost of living in the U.S. is honestly becoming overwhelming.
We love this Chucke Cheese! My kids always have a blast and they love the new ninja course. The employees are so nice and really do their best to make sure everyone is having a good time. Special shoutout to Renata, Addison and Tim and all the other women and men who work there. Absolutely horrible service. The staff was rude and completely unprofessional. I’ve never experienced such disregard for customers. The manager in particular was shockingly unhelpful and dismissive — they clearly have no idea how to handle people. Honestly, the place would be better off if the manager was fired. I won’t be coming back.
