I want to thank management and staff & especially Chuck E Cheese for making my Fur Baby Prince Ross Riley 1st Birthday special .
It's the 3rd time they make my kid cry.. Every single time we go there they keep announcing that chuck e cheese will be out and he never does. Then my girl cries because she wants to see him. Besides they're always out of toys. It's not only the Pearland location but the Wesleyan as well. They're always short of staff and they don't care about the kids. Not enough workers there for the number of people at Chuck E. Cheese. There was only one worker who could assist with game issues and the cashier was quite rude!
Went there 12/26/15 with my boyfriend and his son, was good food, lost my championship ring while I was there that I had for 13 yrs, and when I called to ask if someone turned it in and the person said no and I know that's where I lost it because that was the last place I was at

The food was hot and fresh on the buffet. The staff was nice and helpful. This place has changed much better. Kids love it

Great work! Love the place as one of the man who works there went up the play maze so he wouldn't be scared. Did an awesome job...will go back again. Because when they make my kids happy it makes me a happy mom.
It's not a bad place the food is not the best the games are fun for the little kids but I wouldn't come back I would go to David busters
