My visits was during a Friday evening after 5pm. The line wasn't long. There wasn't a big crowd. The other guests were cordial. The employees were nice and informative. The games and activities were fun and entertaining. The music was upbeat and current. The Chuck E. Cheese character came and dance and hangout with the kids!
