They need more employees better management. Shouldn't have to wait at the door for someone to come over for 5 to 10 mins because only one person is running counter and door.
Only 2 stars cuz my kid still loves it. Half the games are broken. Cops stop by periodically due to past violence. Feral children everywhere while the urban adults flex their lack of parenting abilities. Its ok but its gone way down hill over past 10 years
My grandkids had a blast, but the are just overpriced
