Just had my son first Bday party there on Sunday September 2nd and everything was set up perfectly, from the food,drinks,gift bags, Cake and the hosts was amazing, I didn't get her name but she stayed on top of everything, and she really knew how to hype the party up. All the kid's was happy and that's what really matters. Thx for an amazing experience chuckie cheese...
Martin is the best party host! customer service is awesome and so efficient.
Not clean, most of the equipment was down, I got really sick off the salad bar.
It was the best Mother's Day Ever with the two of you and my grandchildren and son we had so much fun and the salad bar is excellent
Just had our sons 5th birthday party and the hostesses were great, it was the best experience, they made our son feel so special and although the kids were everywhere they were on point with their service and they had great attitudes, very pleasant and friendly
Had my sons 2nd birthday party here . I hostess neglected us the whole time. She was suppose to be hosting our party but she was more attentive to her friend that was there that day It took for ever for him to get his pizza , he had to wait 30 mins to get in the ticket blaster . His party was set us a a girls party and I called 4 hours in advance to let them know that he was a boy not a girl and when we arrived It was set up for a little girl .
