Went on Saturday for my daughter's 2nd birthday. The worst customer service ever from staff and 3 managers!!! Truly disappointed
Yes, I hated it. What kind of adult could truly love Chuck E. Cheese's? I'm not the target audience, though. That being said, I was still horrified to discover that the birthday party my daughter was invited to wasn't a "drop off" event, and I would have to stay for the duration.
