We visited this location tonight. Ordered pizza and wings. A few minutes after finishing playing the 3 45 minute play passes we purchased, our buzzer saying our food was ready to be picked up had still not gone off. I waited 10 minutes in line to find out what the hold up was. Only to be told we had already picked up our food. I verified that you had to bring your buzzer and turn it in to get your food, yet I was still holding it in my hand as they continued arguing that I had already picked up the food. Did not clean any game machines the entire 1.5hrs we were there. Called the store and they said they clean every 30 min to an hour.
